Marysville Joint Unified School District trustees approved revised employment amendments for Superintendent Jordan Reeves and three senior administrators at their Aug. 25 meeting, adding retroactive base-salary increases tied to the 2025-26 and 2026-27 school years.
According to the Aug. 25 board agenda, the board approved a revised addendum for Reeves valued at $8,981.73 that includes 1.0% retroactive base-salary increases for 2025-26 and 1.5% for 2026-27.
The agenda also says trustees approved revised contract amendments for the assistant superintendent of business services, assistant superintendent of educational services and deputy superintendent of personnel services. Those amendments were listed at $6,600.39, $5,953.27 and $7,206.47, respectively, and each carried the same retroactive 1.0% and 1.5% base-salary increases.
The board approved the superintendent amendment and the three administrator amendments as separate action items. The agenda and minutes do not spell out the prior salary baselines or say whether the changes were part of a broader compensation pattern.
The same meeting also included a wide consent agenda covering contracts, staffing items and other district business, but the salary amendments stood out as a discrete compensation decision for the district’s top executives.
